Committing to the redevelopment of downtown Eau Claire, RCU consolidated its corporate functions into a central location at the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers. TEC Design's coordination efforts with the City of Eau Claire, architects, landscape architects, and the public were essential for this project, which marked the beginning of Eau Claire's downtown revitalization.
