What the Customer Wants!

Our goal is simple!... consistently deliver services that meet or exceed the customer's expectations. Often consulting firms produce the project that they like to deliver, not necessarily what the customer wants or desires.

The City of Red Wing and Menard, Inc. cooperated on the development of a new retail store and adjacent land owned by the Port Authority in a growing area of the City of Red Wing. Typical of most Mississippi River communities, this site had significant obstacles in creating commercial sites on vertically challenged property.
